Returns and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without having to provide a reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the products, or from the date on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us of your decision through a clear statement.

The refund will be issued within 30 days after we receive the returned products. We will use the same payment method used for the original order, and no fees will be charged for the refund.

Return Conditions

For products to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

✔ The products were purchased within the last 30 days

✔ The products are in their original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:

❌ Products made to order or clearly personalized.

❌ Products that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, such as perishable items or products that have expired.

❌ Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if they have been opened after delivery.

❌ Products that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the conditions above, at our sole discretion.

Returning Products

You are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping the returned products. Products must be sent to the following address:

We are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service. We will not be able to issue a refund without actually receiving the products or without proof of delivery of the return.

Gifts

🎁 If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card for the value of the return. Once the product is received, a gift card will be sent to you.

🎁 If the products were not marked as a gift, or if the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
